Position: Hybrid HR Recruitment Specialist Role
Transform the HR landscape as a Recruitment Specialist at Globe Star Systems in North York, ON. This full-time, hybrid role emphasizes candidate experience and strategic talent acquisition.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources, you will manage a range of recruitment requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and implement effective onboarding practices. You'll also focus on enhancing the organization's brand and participating in community recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment requisitions across various regions

• Define sourcing strategies with hiring managers

• Facilitate interview processes and prepare offer packages

• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation initiatives

• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Knowledge of applicable employment legislation

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
