Purpose Unlimited is looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Toronto to spearhead hiring for tech teams. This Senior Technical Recruiter position is a 12-month contract focused on building a unique talent pipeline.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between ambitious product plans and the talent required to execute them. Engaging with the CTO and senior engineers, you will manage the recruitment life cycles while leveraging AI for sourcing. Your ability to understand candidate needs and enhance the hiring experience will be key to filling technical roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a technical talent pipeline

• Source and close candidates across multiple disciplines

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership
