Become a pivotal part of our Bay Street office team in Toronto as a Full-Cycle Recruiter. Specialize in recruiting for engineering positions across software and mobile sectors.
This role will see you managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from effectively sourcing candidates to evaluating their fit for technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, provide market insights, and maintain an active pool of candidates ready to step into challenging roles. Your excellent communication and consultative skills will enhance our hiring efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment process from start to finish
• Focus on sourcing for software engineering and mobile domains
• Connect with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Assess candidates through interviews and evaluations
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in technical full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with international and U.S. recruitment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment tasks
• Strong understanding of tech recruitment strategies
