As a Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate directly with leadership and manage holistic recruitment processes for high-demand technical roles will craft multi-channel sourcing strategies and conduct deep dives into candidate qualifications, translating technical jargon into compelling candidate narratives.
Your role will also involve hands-on design of recruitment processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full recruitment cycles from role definition to hiring
• Create targeted sourcing strategies for optimal talent outreach
• Facilitate detailed assessments on system design and engineering trade-offs
• Partner with hiring managers to uphold talent standards
• Proactively manage communication throughout the recruitment pipeline
Requirements:
• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech
• Proven track record in ML/AI or similar technical fields
• Comfortable building recruitment frameworks from the outset
• Experience leveraging AI in talent acquisition
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve recruitment metrics
