Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and manage employee relations

• Act as primary HR contact for inquiries

• Oversee WSIB claims and return-to-work processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree; CHRP designation is a plus

• Experience with HR best practices and conflict resolution

• Knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
