Position: Workday Specialist for Employee Services
Drive improvements in employee services as a Workday Specialist on a 6-month contract with Canadian Tire in Toronto. Utilize your expertise in case management to enhance the employee engagement experience.

In this full-time position, you will leverage 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in Workday. You will be responsible for managing employee inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions, and maintaining knowledge resources for internal stakeholders. Your efforts will be essential in identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with inquiries through case management

• Ensure accurate documentation and case categorization

• Provide constructive feedback for training on Workday Help

• Maintain and support Knowledge Article updates

• Participate in enhancing employee experience projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years in Human Resources

• At least 2 years of functional Workday experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience in problem-solving and analytical thinking
