As an HR Advisor, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver top-tier HR support across various programs. This position requires developing strong relationships while addressing routine HR matters and supporting core HR initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and efficiency through reporting and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential HR support to leaders and employees
• Partner with HRBPs for workforce activities
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• Process HR transactions in Workday effectively
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of HR experience in advisory role
• Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage confidential situations
