Isaac's campus program is the engine behind our growth. For more than 20 years, it is built the talent pipeline that fuels our business - now growing ~25% year over year. As our Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of this legacy program and take it to the next level. This is a high-volume, high-visibility, high-impact role where you will shape how the next generation of Isaac consultants discover us, experience us, and choose us.

We have a flexible working environment and the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.

What you will do.

End-to-End Program Ownership (Canada + US)

  • Own the strategy, operating model, and outcomes of the campus recruitment program across Canada and the US
  • Translate ambitious hiring targets into structured, scalable plans. Clear timelines, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation
  • Build a program that can scale from today's size to significantly larger, multi-market volumes without breaking
  • Own program performance tracking. Funnel health, conversion, yield, and quality, and continuously optimize using data
  • Anticipate challenges early; when needed, diagnose quickly, reset the plan, and drive execution forward

Program Design & Scale

  • Evolve the campus program into a repeatable, scalable, systemized engine
  • Introduce structure, rigor, and clarity across sourcing, screening, selection, and decision-making
  • Design processes that maintain Isaac's high bar while handling increasing volume and complexity
  • Build for cross-border scale, accounting for differences across Canada and US markets

Attraction, Brand & Market Strategy

  • Accountable for the campus attraction strategy across target schools and regions
  • Develop innovative, high-impact approaches beyond traditional campus tactics
  • Build strong relationships with key campus partners and organizations
  • Lead targeted strategies for priority talent segments (ex: Women in STEM and other focus communities)
  • Own and evolve early talent brand presence, including social and on-campus experiential

Recruitment Process Excellence

  • Ensure a structured, consistent, and high-signal assessment process aligned to Isaac's bar
  • Lead the design and execution of key hiring moments (Ex: Selection Day)
  • Continuously improve candidate experience while maintaining efficiency and rigor
  • Champion best practices in equitable hiring and bias mitigation

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead and develop the campus team, setting a high-performance bar
  • Align and mobilize internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently
  • Act as the single-threaded owner, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time

What you bring.

  • 7–10+ years in talent acquisition, with ownership of a program or function
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a high-volume recruitment program (campus or early talent strongly preferred)
  • Experience operating across Canada and the US (or multi-region environments)
  • Proven ability to design and implement structured, repeatable processes
  • Strong analytical capability - comfortable owning and interpreting funnel metrics
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, Linked In Recruiter, etc.)
