RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can discover and hire exceptional technical talent across engineering, product design, product management, IT, security, QA and data roles. The recruiter must partner with a wide range of stakeholders, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and create a repeatable and flexible process that works across the organization.
- Coach first‑time hiring managers on building an exceptional recruitment process.
- Perform deep market mapping and analysis to predict where top talent is cultivated.
- Partner directly with senior leaders to gather key information quickly.
- Balance periods of managing many roles in different domains with times of deep focus on a single position.
- Proven track record as an expert Engineering recruiter in a product‑led company, with exposure to other technical roles.
- Experience focused on technical hiring within a SaaS company for a significant portion of your career.
- Owned hiring for staff+ technical roles, especially senior+ engineering talent.
- Operated with high autonomy and led searches end‑to‑end.
- Worked in an environment with a very high talent bar and can distinguish between ‘good’ and ‘great’ candidates.
- Data‑driven mindset, able to optimize workflows while balancing diversity, quality, and volume.
- Demonstrated experience creating innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond inbound attraction and referrals.
