Position: Early Talent Recruitment Manager at TD
Lead the Early Talent strategy at TD Bank in Toronto, Ontario. This management role focuses on recruiting interns, co-ops, and graduates while developing a high-performing team.

As the Manager of Early Talent, you will oversee the execution and performance of TD’s Canadian Early Talent recruitment team. You’ll engage directly with key stakeholders, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and nurture a culture focused on high-quality talent acquisition. Collaboration with HR and Business partners is essential to aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience

• Understanding of full life cycle recruiting

• Expertise in sourcing campus positions

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Undergraduate degree required
