Overview
Lead employee benefits programs for TYLin across North America. This strategic role requires deep regional expertise in advantages within a project-driven organization. TYLin seeks a North America Benefits Manager to oversee benefits program design and administration in the U.S. and Canada.
You will implement health, retirement, and wellness programs that align with organizational growth. Collaborating with HR and leadership, your expertise will enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs in North America
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards
- Monitor performance metrics to recommend program improvements
- Lead vendor management and contract negotiations
- Develop explicit communication for employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of benefits or total rewards experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulations
- Experience in a consulting or professional services workplace
- Proven ability in leading benefits due diligence efforts
