The TTC is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join the Talent Management team. In this position, you will leverage strategic expertise in compensation programs, job evaluation, and performance management. Your contributions will directly impact organizational structure and talent mobility across the transit system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer job evaluation programs for union and non-union staff
• Conduct compensation research and develop policies
• Analyze organizational structures for talent mobility
• Design performance management processes and tools
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong background in compensation principles and job architecture
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
• Proficient in HRIS systems like SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
