In this position, you will leverage strategic expertise in compensation programs, job evaluation, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer job evaluation programs for union and non-union staff

• Conduct compensation research and develop policies

• Analyze organizational structures for talent mobility

• Design performance management processes and tools

• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related field

• Strong background in compensation principles and job architecture

• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset

• Proficient in HRIS systems like SAP or Oracle

• Excellent analytical and project management skills
