In this contract position with Salesforce, you will play a critical role in building candidate pipelines for the Go-To-Market division. Seeking an innovative recruiter skilled in high-volume sourcing, you will adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pools for GTM positions
• Implement high-velocity sourcing tactics for ongoing hiring
• Utilize tools including Linked In Recruiter for candidate engagement
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to share valuable candidate insights
• Keep track of market trends to shape effective sourcing strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in recruiting or sourcing
• Local office attendance at least 3 days per week
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and outreach
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in tech
• Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing streams
