Rentsync is seeking an Onboarding Lifecycle Manager to manage the entire onboarding journey for clients, ensuring operational efficiencies and successful platform integration.
Your role will involve conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and tracking onboarding progress, ultimately driving client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to implementation
• Conduct platform training sessions and create documentation
• Troubleshoot platform issues collaboratively with clients
• Design and improve onboarding workflows and templates
• Track onboarding progress and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements:
• 2+ years in onboarding or customer success within SaaS
• Experience in operational process improvement
• Capable of working legally in Canada
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and property management preferred
