As the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in facilitating recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will manage job requisitions, coordinate candidate workflows, and partner with hiring managers and business operations to meet hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage job requisitions in the ATS
• Schedule interviews and support candidate communication
• Oversee onboarding processes from offer to first day
• Develop training materials and process documentation
• Track hiring metrics and identify process improvements
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or HR operations
• Experience with ATS or HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
