This role relies on strong experience in adult learning and program development, focusing on training programs that support organizational priorities. Partner with various departments, including Finance and People & Culture, to identify learning needs. An emphasis on digital learning design and engagement will enhance employee training and facilitation of successful system adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with departments to identify training needs
• Design and facilitate onboarding and professional skills programs
• Support training related to Workday and HR systems
• Develop scalable learning approaches to encourage growth
• Create accessible learning materials in both English and French
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years in Learning & Development or corporate training
• Experience with adult learners and proven facilitation skills
• Understanding of People & Culture initiatives
• Familiarity with LMS or learning technologies
• Fluency in English and French for training facilitation
