In this pivotal position, you will utilize your extensive experience in Workday HCM to support Teranet’s Human Resources Team. Your responsibilities will include developing dashboards, improving system functions, and working closely with HR and IT to gather business needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead development of dashboards and reports in Workday
• Enhance Workday environment through strategic project initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and IT for enhancements intake
• Analyze business needs and create clear requirements
• Troubleshoot Workday-related HR queries effectively
Requirements:
• Over 5 years HR experience, focusing on Workday systems
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and its modules
• Proven project management skills with strict deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
