This role demands effective interpersonal skills and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience. You'll be responsible for managing job requisitions, ensuring job descriptions are current, and utilizing social media for talent sourcing. Fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers is essential, alongside staying informed on recruitment compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job requisitions and update job descriptions

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit talented professionals

• Source candidates using applicable social media platforms

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Attend recruiting events to expand candidate pipeline

Requirements:

• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian recruiting compliance

• Strong ATS experience, preferably with Lever

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Outstanding project and time management skills
