Workforce Transformation Senior Manager

Overview

At PwC, the Workforce Transformation Senior Manager will lead end‑to‑end organizational, talent, and HR transformation initiatives that align with clients’ overall strategy, providing consulting services across human resources function, talent management, and organizational development.

• Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements.
• Lead multiple complex HR engagements covering HR Strategy, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness and Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Payroll), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management and AI in HR.
• Utilize deep knowledge of future of work trends, talent intelligence, shift to skills‑based organization and AI to solve complex client challenges.
• Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators and methodologies that define the future of HR in the Agentic AI era.
• Manage engagement economics, oversee high‑quality work, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Lead a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new or existing clients in collaboration with account leads.
• Keep up to date on trends across the AI, talent and skills landscape, sharing insights and contributing to thought leadership.
• Coach others, recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams.
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network.

• Significant experience delivering HR transformation services in multiple industries with proven contributions to HR function transformation in consulting or in‑house roles.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas including AI in HR, Operating Model Design and Implementation, Shift to Skills‑Based Organization (job architecture, talent intelligence, skills marketplace initiatives), and HR Analytics and Reporting.
• Exposure to cloud‑based HR technology implementations (Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results while mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Experience leading proposals and related presentations to drive sales efforts.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching diverse teams across various topics and domains.
• Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients and maintain strong client relationships driven by service excellence.
• Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage ambiguity in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended.

• Salary range: $168,000 – $218,000 (based on skills, experience, qualifications and location).
