Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with managers to enhance team performance
- Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns
- Offer strategic insights on leadership and workforce planning
- Work with the global People Team to localize initiatives
- Manage support during organizational changes
- Minimum of 5 years HRBP experience
- Strong understanding of legal HR requirements
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and EQ
- Familiarity with platforms like BambooHR and Google Suite
- Experience preferred in a start‑up or rapid‑paced environment
