Position: People & Culture Co-op Student Role
Join Green Shield as a People & Culture Co-op Student focused on recruitment and daily HR activities. Collaborate with teams to enhance people experiences in this dynamic role.

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will support full-cycle recruitment for summer students while coordinating various People and Culture initiatives.

Your role involves engaging candidates, scheduling interviews, and aiding in onboarding processes. Utilize your analytical skills to manage job aids and recruitment communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment for student programs

• Coordinate interview scheduling and application reviews

• Support onboarding and day-to-day People activities

• Analyze employee data and run ATS reports

• Promote an inclusive workplace culture with HR leaders

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and data analytics

• Administrative skills in scheduling and onboarding

• Collaborative mindset working with various stakeholders
