In this senior role, you will support Glencore's transformation and recruitment initiatives for its diverse operations. Required expertise includes HR generalist experience with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and development programs. Collaborate closely with global teams to optimize HR services and promote learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate organizational change and restructuring initiatives
• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Monitor and update HR policies based on legislative changes
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
• Roll out performance management processes and resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 10–15 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Canadian HR regulations
• Executive presence and influencing skills
• Fluent in English;
French is a plus
