The Recruiting Manager will lead strategic staffing initiatives, managing recruitment for executive, exempt, and non-exempt roles. This role requires collaboration with Corporate Recruiting Teams and internal partners to meet production goals. You will enhance employment practices, ensuring legal compliance while improving processes to attract the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent acquisition strategies and program management
• Collaborate on staffing goals with internal partners
• Build relationships with hiring leaders for streamlined hiring
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and legal compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to staffing processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent in CPG industry
• 3+ years in sourcing, recruiting, and managing processes
• 2+ years managing recruiting teams and volume
• 2+ years with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong understanding of employment law
