As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation while collaborating with the Manager, Talent Management. Your expertise will support job evaluation, compensation research, and organizational analysis to enhance talent mobility. This is a temporary position lasting until December 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer job evaluation programs for union and non-union staff
• Lead compensation research and policy implementation
• Analyze workforce structures for talent mobility
• Conduct salary administration for various employee types
• Develop the job architecture framework and reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Knowledge of compensation principles and practices
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
