Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for junior staff positions

• Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes

• Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries

• Maintain compliance with legal and company records

• Support Payroll with accurate HRIS information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR or similar

• At least 2 years' experience in HR assistance or coordination

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and HR best practices

• Excellent communication abilities with all levels of staff

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
