This 15-month contract involves providing expert HR consulting and support across various functions. You will engage in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Canadian labor laws and organizational policies.
Your role also includes developing workforce planning strategies and managing HR projects to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR consulting to support business objectives
• Lead recruitment and performance management initiatives
• Advise leadership on HR compliance and best practices
• Manage workplace investigations with fairness and confidentiality
• Drive talent attraction and retention strategies
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years HR experience, including 3 years managerial
• Knowledge of Quebec labor laws and OQLF initiatives
• Fluency in French and English
• Professional HR designation preferred
