Hybrid Senior Talent Development Manager

Lead innovative learning initiatives as a Senior Talent Development Manager in North York's hybrid environment. Enhance organizational capabilities through effective training solutions and collaboration with key leadership.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will partner with the VP of People & Culture to execute talent strategies and guide a team of Talent Development Specialists. Your focus will be on designing impactful Leadership Training programs and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the VP, People & Culture

• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Development Specialists

• Develop comprehensive Leadership Training programs

• Assess and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives

• Partner with Change Management for transformation training

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in talent development

• Proven success in program design and execution

• Familiarity with LMS and content authoring tools

• Effective management of stakeholder relationships

• CTDP certification is a plus
