Hybrid Senior Talent Development Manager

In this full-time, permanent role, you will partner with the VP of People & Culture to execute talent strategies and guide a team of Talent Development Specialists. Your focus will be on designing impactful Leadership Training programs and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the VP, People & Culture
• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Development Specialists
• Develop comprehensive Leadership Training programs
• Assess and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
• Partner with Change Management for transformation training
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in talent development
• Proven success in program design and execution
• Familiarity with LMS and content authoring tools
• Effective management of stakeholder relationships
• CTDP certification is a plus
Utilize your strategic vision and skills to enhance leadership development in the financial services sector.
