With at least six years of experience in recruiting, you will target senior technical talent from enterprise software and AI sectors. Your expertise in building sourcing strategies and serving as a talent advisor will be crucial in driving successful hiring outcomes while providing insights and recommendations to executives and leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit senior talent, including Technical Account Managers and Consultants
• Formulate sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders with market insights
• Adjust recruiting strategies based on evolving business needs
• Ensure an exemplary candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• 6+ years of recruiting experience in technical roles
• Successful history with complex customer-facing positions
• Solid grasp of AI, cloud platforms, and data infrastructures
• Strong capabilities in sourcing and networking strategies
• Preferred experience with Workday and Google Workspace
