As part of Leon's HR team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Learning Centre's operations by focusing on recruitment, developing training content, and managing onboarding processes. Your hands-on role will include facilitating training sessions and creating effective training resources while supporting communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding experiences for new associates
• Design and develop high-quality training content
• Facilitate both live and virtual training sessions
• Collaborate to enhance existing training materials
• Produce video content for Leon's training programs
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Human Resources or Learning Development
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of learning technologies an asset
• Travel willingness across Canada as needed
