Talize is searching for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator for a six-month contract role. You will manage payroll preparation, employee data, and ensure compliance with established procedures. Your organized approach will facilitate smooth payroll processing while promoting an accurate and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll for new hires and terminations
• Verify and compile payroll data for timely processing
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
• Support employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits
• Generate payroll reports for audits and internal use
Requirements:
• 0–2 years’ experience in payroll coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with payroll software (Ceridian Dayforce preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
