Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in HR or a related field
• 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with management experience
• Strong understanding of the construction industry's hiring needs
• Proficiency in managing immigration for hiring expatriates
• Experience in a matrixed organizational structure
