As we continue to grow across Quebec and Ontario, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract the talent behind our success, for both technical and corporate roles.
This high-impact contract mandate offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality of the teams delivering our projects.
Your Mission
Attract and secure key technical and corporate talent
Proactively approach passive candidates in competitive markets
Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with project needs
Advise and influence hiring managers with credibility
Execute the full recruitment cycle with rigor and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Proactive Outreach
Identify and actively engage talent through Linked In, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends
Performance-Oriented Execution
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence
Partnership & Influence
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand
Continuous Improvement
Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
Introduce innovative practices aligned with our business reality
Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles
Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries (strong asset)
Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
