* This position can be based in Montreal or Toronto
* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting campus initiatives, coordinating events, and helping drive recruitment efforts across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Quebec recruiting teams.

You will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, campus events, and recruitment initiatives, managing end-to-end logistics including venue coordination, catering, shipping, event materials, and onsite execution. Working closely with external event partners and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that strengthen our campus presence and support talent acquisition  partnership with the recruitment teams, you will support lead generation, attendee engagement, candidate follow-ups, job postings, and various ad hoc projects.

You will also collaborate with the Communications team to ensure all advertisements, promotional materials, and event collateral are aligned with brand standards and properly approved.

Role Responsibilities Lead coordination of campus initiatives, conferences, and recruitment events

Play a key role in supporting Quebec-based recruiting teams and talent initiatives

Own end-to-end event logistics including planning, vendors, materials, and onsite execution

Support candidate engagement activities including follow-ups, lead generation, and job postings

Manage event supplies, swag, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless execution

Contribute to a high-impact campus presence and exceptional candidate experience

Bilingual role (English/French) ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional

You are detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.

You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships with external partners, students, and candidates. You take pride in staying organized, anticipating needs, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

What You’ll Bring Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or professional environment

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail

The ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectivelyA collaborative mindset and a passion for creating engaging candidate and campus experiences

Previous recruitment experience (considered a strong asset)

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually + 10% bonus. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
