In this part-time position based in Toronto, ON, you will be primarily responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining HRIS data accuracy. With an emphasis on detail and confidentiality, this role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in payroll-related systems. You will also engage with benefit providers and manage employee inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for Ontario employees accurately
• Oversee benefits administration and employee changes
• Maintain accurate HRIS and payroll records
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with stakeholders
• Support year-end payroll activities and compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant field
• 5+ years in Canadian payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with ADP Team Pay or similar platforms
• Knowledge of statutory deductions and taxable benefits
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
