As the Director at Hydro One, you will spearhead the Change Management function aimed at shaping the company culture.
Your role will leverage your expertise in managing both the people side of change and the strategies necessary for navigating complex organizational shifts. This leadership position requires an understanding of change methodologies and previous experience in large-scale transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a five-year change and culture strategy
• Manage stakeholder engagement for various initiatives
• Coach leadership and internal teams on change processes
• Evaluate effectiveness of change management programs
• Drive recognition and culture initiatives throughout the organization
Requirements:
• 12+ years in change management or similar programs
• Expertise in Prosci methodology
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams
• Strong background in creating culture programs
• University degree in Business or related field
