Our client is seeking a seasoned HCM Lead to oversee multiple Workday HCM implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop implementation plans, and directly configure and deploy solutions.
This role offers a direct report and the opportunity to work in a self-deployment environment for a global organization with 3,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Workday HCM implementations from start to finish
• Create configuration plans based on stakeholder requirements
• Directly configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions
• Train staff on new functionalities and processes
• Supervise and support a direct report
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
• Proven expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation
• Workday certification required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Local to Greater Toronto Area, able to work onsite
Drive impactful changes in HCM processes while leading a dedicated team in North Toronto.
