In this role, you will assist the Manager in developing and executing key training initiatives aligned with Kinross Values. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training logistics, supporting HR partnerships, and continuously evaluating program effectiveness to enhance employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the delivery of learning and development programs
• Manage logistics for training sessions and assessments
• Gather and analyze data for learning insights
• Support DEI initiatives and recognition programs
• Partner with HR to align engagement and performance strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, mining industry preferred
• Excellent project management and client service abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
