You'll need a minimum of five years in payroll and benefits, ideally from a law firm. Responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining HRIS records, and administering employee benefits. Collaborate with a dedicated team to improve operations and support employees with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll in compliance with legislation and firm policies
• Update HRIS for new hires, terminations, and adjustments
• Validate special payments like bonuses and retroactive pay
• Reconcile payroll accounts and statutory deductions
• Administer RRSP programs and respond to employee inquiries
Requirements:
• At least five years of relevant payroll and benefits experience
• Must possess Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation
• Deep understanding of payroll legislation and standards
• Experience with UKG and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Proven organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
