Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evolve total rewards strategy aligned with business growth
• Oversee all compensation aspects including base and incentive programs
• Lead executive compensation design, modelling, and governance
• Develop workforce insights to inform decisions and strategies
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across processes
Requirements:
• Deep expertise in compensation design and executive rewards
• Experience in dynamic growth or transformation environments
• Strong skills in people analytics and workforce insights
• Proven ability in M&A support and organizational change
• Leadership experience in building high-performing teams
