Recruiter, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Duration: 12 months + extension or conversion possible
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite in Toronto, ON)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter V to support high-volume retail hiring in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and strategic talent advisory. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a collaborative team, and brings strong market insights to enhance talent pipelines.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment including intake meetings, requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to provide talent advisory and market insights
- Drive high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining quality and compliance
- Build and manage diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events and recruitment initiatives
- Conduct interviews and facilitate final rounds with hiring managers
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and pipeline health
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and risk frameworks
- Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Promote employer brand through candidate engagement and industry networking
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience (high-volume preferred)
- Experience in corporate or enterprise environments
- Exposure to banking/financial services or large organizations preferred
- Agency recruiting background is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
- Strong experience with reporting, metrics, and recruitment analytics
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and risk management
Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred)
