Position: Experienced Payroll Specialist Needed
Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is searching for a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across Canada in a hybrid work model. Bring your expertise in full-cycle payroll to a leading law firm.

This role entails full responsibility for payroll processing, including batch creation, audits, and troubleshooting discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience with at least three years in Canadian payroll.

You'll work with UKG Pro to manage payroll from start to finish, ensuring legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of full-cycle Canadian payroll processing

• Format and import payroll input files accurately

• Review payroll exceptions prior to finalization

• Produce post-payroll and audit reports for analysis

• Facilitate year-end payroll activities and reporting

Requirements:

• Three or more years in payroll processing

• Familiarity with CRA requirements and Canadian legislation

• Experience with payroll/HRIS platforms like UKG Pro

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Understanding multi-provincial payroll complexities
