Position: Director of Human Resources and Benefits
Step into a leadership role with The Presbyterian Church in Canada as the Director of Human Resources and Benefits, overseeing key operational areas including pension and payroll services. You will drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.

This full-time position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates with board members to lead the Pension, Benefits, and Human Resources department. Your expertise in HR management, operational leadership, and regulatory compliance will be vital in delivering effective services and ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of pension and benefits plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Interpret plans for members and employees

• Manage onboarding for board members

• Develop strategies for HR operational improvements

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of senior leadership experience

• University degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional designations (CEBS, CHRP)

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Knowledge of provincial pension legislation
