Position: Senior HR Leader for Condominium Authority
Join the Condominium Authority of Ontario as a Senior HR Leader. This influential Director role focuses on strategic HR management and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work model.

In partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Human Resources will shape the CAO's people strategy and ensure alignment with business goals. You are responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR programs and developing a compensation framework that fosters employee retention.

Your role will also include the promotion of an inclusive culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of HR strategy and priorities

• Oversee compensation and total rewards administration

• Advise on employee relations and workplace risks

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience

• Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong data analytics capabilities in HR practices

• Experience in public sector or regulatory environments is an asset
