SHN Organizational Development Expert

This permanent, full-time role is located at the Birchmount Site and reports to the Director of Organizational Development & Wellness. You will lead the assessment of employee needs, develop leadership pipelines, and facilitate engaging orientation programs. Collaborating with various teams, you will enhance operational efficiencies and nurture a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental scans to enhance employee growth programs

• Design division-specific learning programs for staff engagement

• Facilitate and oversee New Hire Orientation sessions

• Create project plans and monitor implementation timelines

• Engage stakeholders and external consultants for collaboration

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in relevant fields required

• 3+ years of relevant experience in organizational development

• High-level skills in virtual facilitation for adult learners

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
