Senior Consultant, Talent Development – Learning

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate learning needs into structured development solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver advisor-facing and employee-facing learning programs
- Act as an internal consultant for departmental training initiatives
- Lead and execute multiple projects managing scope and timelines
- Implement a formal talent planning process
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps
- Develop curriculum focused on attracting, growing, and retaining talent
- Support the rollout of performance management programs
- Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program
- Design and produce digital learning content
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in adult learning, talent development, or a related field
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to identify business needs
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Experience with technology platforms and digital content creation tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
