Become an Events and Recruitment Assistant at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto, playing a vital role in enhancing student engagement within the firm. Your focus will be on supporting recruitment activities and managing event logistics.
In this position, you will assist in coordinating candidate tracking and scheduling for law student recruitment, ensuring each participant enjoys a seamless experience. Your organizational prowess will help manage internal and external events, enhance pro bono initiatives, and support communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and support recruitment interviews and communications
• Manage logistics for various talent programs and events
• Assist with participant experiences in diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Track candidates through the full recruitment cycle
• Provide administrative support for inquiries and program records
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in Business or HR
• Experience in the administrative or HR environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
