You will play a critical role in designing and implementing people programs while addressing complex employee relations scenarios. Partnering with various stakeholders, you will ensure leadership capabilities are enhanced and aligned with CBRE’s goals, while successfully navigating compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement people initiatives tailored to Canada Advisory
• Advise on complex, sensitive employee matters
• Strengthen leadership accountability through coaching
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build talent pipelines
• Analyze program effectiveness using people metrics
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian labor laws
• Strong ability to connect HR strategies to business performance
• Demonstrated capability in coaching and influencing stakeholders
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Bilingual English/French is advantageous
