Elevate workplace culture as a Bilingual Employee Relations Manager s 12-month contract role in Canada emphasizes dispute resolution and compliance.
In this crucial role, you will manage Employee Relations cases, advise people managers, and support employees in resolving complex issues. Your expertise in employment law and workplace conduct will drive proactive coaching and strategic initiatives while maintaining compliance with HR policies. You will play a significant part in shaping a respectful and accountable workplace culture across various locations in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex Employee Relations cases and investigations
• Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct
• Provide mediation support to managers and employees
• Guide HR partners on key workplace issues
• Identify trends to inform HR strategy and compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Employee Relations or HR field
• Post-secondary degree in relevant area
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual French/Spanish skills are an asset
