This dynamic role is ideal for highly organized professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination and candidate engagement activities. Supporting the Quebec recruiting teams, you will build relationships and create seamless experiences that foster a strong campus presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of campus initiatives and recruitment events
• Manage logistics for conferences and campus activities
• Execute candidate engagement strategies and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Communications team on promotional materials
• Ensure smooth onsite execution and participant satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
• 2+ years in event coordination, ideally in a professional setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Previous recruitment experience is a strong asset
