Responsibilities
- Analyze the current business requirements and processes and recommend or develop solutions to meet the client needs
- Design, configure and document SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) based on business requirements
- Assist in developing functional specifications for any required Talent Acquisition developments
- Assist in application support, system testing and training of end users
- Experience leading teams in SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) projects
- Proven experience with SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) configuration experience
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP Success Factors modules
- Certifications:
Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Associate or Professional
- Recruiting Associate
- Onboarding 2.0 Professional
